Position Summary:
HII - Miss Technologies is seeking a full-time DMATS Investigative Insider Threat Analyst for the Division of Strategic Information (DSI) in the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) effort. This individual will work up to 3 days on-site in Woodlawn, Maryland: 2 days remotely. This CMS effort supports Insider Threat efforts.

What you will do
- Provide Insider Threat analyses to ensure situational awareness of threats and cyber threat intelligence information.
- Detect, identify, and mitigate incidents.
- Analyze the Insider Threat mailbox and processing of Insider Threat reporting and requests as required.
- Coordinate with the Team regarding daily classified and open-source review of information for potential threat issues.
- Participate in Insider Threat Working Group and important stakeholders within the organization.
- Attend meetings to educate, train, and review incidents.
- Use the Team’s User Behavior Analytic (UBA) Tool and other tools to help detect, identify, and mitigate business operational risks.
- Collaborate with technical personnel on defining the most effective methods to conduct risk assessments on free open-source software (FOSS), software code, open-source software applications, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software, and government-off-the-self (
