STORE MAINT PLUMBER

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Plumber - Store Maintenance Technician for our retail store sites. This is a full-time position Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 4pm with "on-call" time as well. Plumbing experience is required, certification is a plus. Experience in retail or convenience store plumbing/maintenance is ideal. Pay will be based on experience.

Responsibilities for this position include, but is not limited to:

• Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing at UDF retail store sites
• Perform installation of basic plumbing fixtures
• Inspect previously installed plumbing for repair / replacement scenarios
• Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed water line systems
• Collaborate with and manage plumbing issues with hired out general contractors
• Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains
• Communicate well with UDF store associates and operational supervisors to their satisfaction
• Communicate well with team members and fellow employees
• Manage a work log via phone technology
• Keep detailed reports via work notes of work done at various job sites
• Provide information to department leadership daily.
