Operations Support Clerk - PT

The Operations Support Clerk will help support the operation through administrative tasks including responding to customer surveys, tracking inventory and weekly reporting. This position will report to the Operations Support Manager, and partner closely with Operations Management and local Leadership.  

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for keeping station current on weekly reporting
• Conduct inventory tracking
• Respond to customer surveys via Medallia
• Assist in Company’s Lost and Found procedures
• Adhere to Company, State and Labor Law policies
• Be an ambassador for Avis Budget Group
• Key player in on the Compass Team/Project
• Backup support for new hire orientation and oversee onboarding to ensure all Day 1 training is complete

What We’re Looking For:

• Good interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word)
• Willingness to work outside on occasion
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends
• Must be able to continuously sit, type, talk and hear/listen, move throughout the location and drive a variety of vehicles as needed
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
