We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our finance and accounting team. This full-time, hybrid position is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with US GAAP, and oversight of the month-end close process. The ideal candidate brings both technical accounting expertise and strong leadership capabilities to supervise the accounting team and support strategic financial initiatives.

What you'll do:
General Accounting & GAAP Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Ensure all accounting activities are in full compliance with US GAAP and maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies and procedures.
- Supervise and review Capital Expenditure requests, accounting, reporting, and compliance, and monitor forecast spending expectations.
Month-End Close, Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Manage and execute the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review consolidated financial statements and management reports and provide analysis to key stakeholders.
- Lead periodic financial review meetings and provide value-driven insights to cross-functional partners.
Reporting Enhancement
- Develop reporting for key business partners including Engineering & Design, Information Technology, Human Resources and Executive.
Independent Audit Compliance
- Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, prepare and review audit schedules, and ensure timely and accurate audit deliverables.
- Lead preparation the audit financial statements and footnote disclosures in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
Budgeting & Forecasting Support
- Collaborate with finance, cross-functional, and business unit leaders to support budgeting and forecasting.
Accounting Team Supervision
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
- Delegate and review work to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with deadlines.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required – Master’s degree a plus.
- 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2–3 years of leadership experience, preferably with direct report supervision.
- Public accounting experience (CPA firm, Assurance/Audit), manufacturing accounting experience a plus, CPA certification a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP is a plus.
- Proven self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, delivering effective leadership presentations, and driving continuous improvement through a proactive, hands-on approach
