About the role:
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker. 

What you will be doing:

• Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems.
• Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency.
• Helping select hardware, software and vendors.
• Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct.
• Working with a global team to review, benchmark and quantify process optimization and acceleration opportunities

What you will need:

• Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end implementation and delivery processes.
• A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience – Master’s degree is desirable.
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development.
• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.
• Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience with automation and orchestration technologies
• Advanced Excel experience
• Project management experience
• Process and journey mapping skills
