Fast paced environment delivering hardware to multiple divisions. This is strictly an onsite opportunity where excellent attention to detail and time management are the highest priorities.

Heavy focus on imaging hardware with an even mix of Windows PC’s and Macs OS laptop and desktops.

 

Responsibilities:

• Complete special projects as instructed by C1 Mgmt.

• Daily focus on delivery deadlines

• Attention to detail

• Asset Management responsibilities to include ……

• Ability to lift 30+ lbs

• Ability to self-start

• Work independently and with a team

• Unboxing/reboxing of hardware to image

• Prepare laptop/desktops for imaging (PXE or USB booting)

• Inventory control/audits

• Professional written / oral communication skills

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

• At least 1 year of experience in tech support and administration

• At least 1 year of remote tech administration and end user support

• At least 1 year of experience with Windows 10 or later operating systems

• At least 1 year of experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools (ServiceNow)
