Position Overview:

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level, confidential administrative support to Vice Presidents within the Technology & Products Group (TPG). This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules, travel logistics, and cross-functional coordination with professionalism and efficiency. 

Responsibilities:

  • Displays professional etiquette, maintains discretion, and uses appropriate interpersonal skills in interactions at all organizational levels. 

  • Manage multiple complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize scheduling across time zones  

  • Arrange and manage high volume domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, visas, and expense reporting  

  • Proactively handles responsibilities and consistently delivers exceptional results 

  • Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite  

  • Handle confidential communications and ensure timely responses to priority items 

  • Coordinate logistics for team meetings, site events, and large group functions  

  • Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination  

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, mail, and package distribution  

  • Serve as liaison between TPG leadership, internal departments, and administrative peers across Micron sites 

  • Provide backup support to team members, other TPG administrative staff and departments as needed 

  • Assist with onboarding and training of new administrative professionals 

  • Support Workforce Development initiatives, including technical article submissions 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment  

  • Proficiency in multiple calendars management, complex domestic and international travel, and working across global time zones 

  • Proven ability to balance and manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools  

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively  

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintaining a 95% on-time completion rate for assigned tasks.

  • Consistently meets or exceeds deadlines for all assigned projects, with a minimum of 90% on-time delivery rate.

  • Possession of a valid Notary Public certification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
