THE JOB:

As a Cook at TAP Sportsbar, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes by expertly applying culinary techniques and collaborating closely with the Master Cook. This position involves preparing ingredients, cooking meals to perfection, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence will contribute to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

THE STARTING RATE: $21.30 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• In your role as a Cook at TAP Sportsbar, you will utilize your culinary expertise and thorough knowledge of food products while effectively identifying and safely operating kitchen equipment. Your responsibilities include restocking essential supplies, properly labeling and dating food items for safety, and ensuring high standards of sanitation. You will also maintain a strong understanding of the menu to support precise plate presentation, assist kitchen leadership in executing service, and have mastery in preparing base sauces, stocks, and soups.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age
