4. We cook or order out as a team at least once a week.  I am a good cook and come up with some creative recipes. Everyone comes back for seconds. 

5. My door is always open, and I’m here every day. I value my team’s opinions and input, and we meet weekly to discuss how we can better serve our guests and continue improving as a shop. 

6. We have an all-star crew already that is willing to help each other figure out tough problems. Of the 6 techs currently on our team there is a combined 140+ years of experience.  

7. Our service advisors are 1st class and are specifically assigned to each tech so every tech always has someone to go to that knows whats going on.  Our "Newest Service" advisor has over 4 years of experience at our location. 

8. This is more than a job for me, its personal. This is what I do, its's my blood, sweat, and tears. Over the last 20+ years I have done every job in this shop. I started working for my father in this store 20+ years ago and bought the store when he retired 4 years ago. Since then our sales have continued to grow and now we rank in the top 10% of all CBA Locations. I care deeply about this business and its people. Our Manager, Tim, has also been here since we opened and shares my passion for this business. 

9. We are looking for a reliable individual, who takes pride in their work, Who truly cares about our guests and their families,  Is able to diagnose drivability and under-car issues on most makes and models, make repairs with precision and care, who wants to be part of an A+ team.

Job Overview:

We are looking for technicians who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate  concerns 
• Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
