Location: Bronx SRP spaces(court and community)
Days/Hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary: $38.46 per hour [Approximately $70,000 annually]
Position Summary:
Supervised Release offers an alternative to jail, providing pretrial supervision, case management, and voluntary social services to people charged with misdemeanor and non-violent felony offenses. Program participants are monitored to ensure their appearance at court dates, and they receive referrals to community-based programming. Under the Supervised Release Program (SRP), the Court Operations Manager (COM) will be responsible for strategic direction and leadership for overall administrative and site operations, provide support to the Directors, the Program Operations Unit, and will provide direct oversight to Community Engagement Specialists as well as provide Peer Specialist services including engagement of SRP participants, focusing primarily on clients who require additional supports to remain compliant with program mandates.

Detail Oriented
The COM must pay close attention to detail, as a large number of clients will receive SRP services and the COM will be responsible for assisting in managing client and programmatic activities while working alongside the Court Operations Manager. This attention to detail includes, reviewing data systems to extract necessary and pertinent information for client participation in SRP.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible with project planning SRP, including, creating policies and procedures, coordinating internal and external meetings to map out the details of the program, and assisting in onboarding and training of new staff, etc.;

Responsible for review of potential new cases for SRP that come through arraignments at Bronx Criminal Court and for tracking active cases;

Responsible for review of incoming cases for SRP for case management assignment

Track performance indicators to meet contract needs

Perform data entry into data management systems

Review monthly reports from staff for accuracy and completeness

Compile monthly reports on outcomes

Collect and clean data for funder reports
-
Participate in internal chart audits

Handle coordination and follow-up of all internal and external communication

Assist with review of quarterly and annual reports

Take lead on special projects as assigned by Clinical
