We provide paid training for the right candidates! Learn the YUSA swim curriculum, shadow experienced instructors, and get certified—all while being supported every step of the way.

💼 What You’ll Do:
As a Swim Instructor, you’ll:

• 🐠 Teach swim techniques to children and adults of all skill levels

• 🌊 Lead group and individual lessons using the YUSA swim progression

• 🛟 Promote water safety and help swimmers build lifelong confidence

• 👶 Work with all ages—from babies in Parent/Child classes to adult learners

• ✅ Assess skills and provide encouraging, personalized feedback

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 16+ years old

• Current certifications in Lifeguarding/Swim Instruction, CPR, First Aid, and Oxygen are a plus – or we’ll help you get them!

• A positive attitude, love for the water, and passion for making a difference
