The Opportunity:
Ensemble Health Partners is looking for a talented Designer II, UI/UX who is relentlessly curious and looking to learn and grow. This role is responsible for assisting the user experience of Ensemble's technology applications throughout the product lifecycle, including researching and soliciting user feedback, rapidly prototyping wireframes/design mockups, and working closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams to achieve the product vision. The role also will ensure that all product designs support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Essential Job Functions
- Be an advocate for our users and empathize with their needs.
- Design web app experiences including user flows, wireframes, and final designs.
- Help conduct qualitative and quantitative research and present findings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and engineering partners to balance user and company goals.
- Actively participate in design critiques.
- Contribute to the design component libraries.

Desired Professional Experience:
- Bachelors degree preferred, or relatable professional experience
- 1-3 years of relatable professional experience
- Strong understanding of basic design thinking principles
- Professional experience designing web-based applications
- Professional experience with common user research tactics
- Professional Knowledge of Figma
- Knowledge/experience designing for healthcare, preferred
- Digital agency experience, preferred
- Experience in quantitative data analysis, preferred
- Figma design libraries understanding, preferred
