What You’ll Do for Us
Prepares beverage & beverage base batches based on lab sheets shared by developers within the expected quality and time and prepares consumables & finished goods for production/shipment.
Analyzes basic beverage parameters i.e., brix, acidity, pH, carbonation, and taste.
Monitors processes to support the production parameters within specifications and checks microbiological conditions of equipment and takes corrective actions.
Interacts with the Product Developers to clarify production processes and to inform of non-conformities.
Provides guidance, expertise and training in selected pilot plant equipment and develops ability on specific equipment.
Works directly with cross-departmental personnel and management to problem-solve to ensure maximum production efficiencies.
Works as the primary Trainer for new employees leading training classes covering policies, processes, standard work, lean tools and new/revised systems requirements.
Implements the plant reliability strategy by facilitating exercises, tracking performance, keeping data and records and reporting status of various reliability programs.
Manages documentation and records in order to ensure that they are complete, current, secure and easily retrievable.
Reviews and updates existing standards, specifications or requirements in order to follow changes in regulatory and customer requirements, and to support new product development.
Qualification & Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent is needed with a bachelor's degree preferred.
2-5 years of successful experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must be proficient in understanding, monitoring, and acknowledging machine malfunction alarms with the ability to manage solutions efficiently and effectively.
Must have a working knowledge of beverage applications & basic parameters, knowledge of principles industrial food hygiene and an understanding of ERP environment.
