The Role

The Head of Marketing Operations is a senior position with broad cross-functional scope where you will instrumental to the success of our marketing operation, in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer. You will posses a collaborative attitude to problem solving and a great ability to design, develop, maintain and evolve the core marketing processes. 

As a leader of the traffic team you will support all marketing departments to oversee and manage the execution of all marketing campaigns, ensuring the proper briefing process takes place, projects are completed on time and within budget as well. 

You will also own the vendor and supplier arrangements and management. 

As a leader of this team you should be a detail-oriented leader, a well-rounded marketer who can think strategically about marketing processes and objectives. You should have a thorough understanding of all aspects of marketing as well as each one of the marketing functions to help the team leaders design optimal processes for each department and across departments to guaranty the best possible outcome for all our marketing initiatives. 

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders within the marketing and other cross functional teams as well as leadership and partners. 

Responsibilities 

  • As an outcome-driven candidate, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders within the marketing and other cross-functional teams to make sure marketing requests and projects are prioritized, tracked, and within budget. 
  • You will act as a key stakeholder across the business for all marketing needs and lead in the organization of the whole function. 
  • Reporting to the CMO, you will possess excellent stakeholder management skills and are adept at engaging with leaders within marketing or outside, cross functional teams and partners. 
  • Responsible for the overall budget control, campaign, department and team. 
  • Support CMO to oversee and guide the overall marketing quarterly and yearly planning process to ensure plans are aligned with the department and company overall objectives. 
  • Support marketing team leaders to establish and maintain scalable marketing processes to ensure excellence in class execution and results. 
  • Support the marketing organization to create and maintain cross-departmental processes to ensure excellence in class execution and results. 
  • Responsible to build the overall marketing roadmap along with the extended marketing team and ensure deliverables are on track (yearly and quarterly)
  • Manage and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors that support the marketing department, from vendor registration & contract management, to payment tracking.
  • Create a team culture that encourages collaboration and challenges status quo.
  • Manage & monitor campaign/request (Ticket creation, follow up, status, etc.) to ensure efficient and timely execution (Traffic)
  • You will interact with the internal marketing team requesters to asses their project briefs and requirements, manage timeline and expectations to make sure the request is clear for the services provider team within marketing or outside of marketing.
  • As leader of the traffic function your team will be responsible to update requesters and stakeholders with project status to completion.  
  • Build alignment and drive cross-functional initiates forward, working across product, legal, finance, HR, etc.
  • Build and maintain accurate reports and dashboards on the overall marketing performance, and work with the marketing leadership to communicate that performance to the broader company.
  • Build and lead a world-class marketing operations team.
  • Perform other job-related responsibilities as needed. 

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in Marketing Operations.
  • Proven work experience as a Head or Director of Marketing Operations or similar role in the Marketing
