Assistant Manager (MEP)

Adequate knowledge of Plumbing, Electrification and Fireworks. 

•Able to Review Project documents like tender, specifications, BOQ, Materials submittals, shop drawings. •Review plans and specifications as per tender documents. 

•Manage work of subordinate staff contact Architects or Engineers. 

•Prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping system.

 

•Manage and lead MEP Contractors throughout duration of the project. 

•To provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector, and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System. 

•Analyze mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions. He must identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects. 

•To plan, organize the review and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and others. 

•Advise the Project Manager/Head of any technical aspects of the MEP services that may affect construction progress, e.g. quality or snag.

•Attend project, site progress, and any MEP services-related technical meetings as directed by the project manager. 

•Prepare draft site/engineer’s instructions, relating to the building mechanical services, as required and issue to the Project Manager. 

•Involve in arranging materials and planning of manpower to finish the work in the given time frame 

•Review and comment on the Contractor’s Operation and Maintenance manuals.

7-10 years+ of experience of which least 5 years must be in construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
