Test Manager (Telecom)

We are looking for an experienced Software Test Manager with a strong background in the telecommunications domain to lead our software testing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in telecom systems, software QA methodologies, and team leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of telecom software products through structured testing processes and automation.

Your role

• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for telecom software applications and platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers, encouraging a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure test coverage and alignment with business requirements.
• Lead all aspects of the development and execution of manual and automated test cases for telecom protocols, services, and applications.
• Manage test environments, tools, and infrastructure to support functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of the telecom domain (Cable, Wireless, and BSS)
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Octane, TestRail, Zephyr) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TOSCA, Robot Framework, Postman).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
