Job Description

Eurofins Environment Testing is searching for a Facilities Coordinator This will be a full-time position,  with an agreed upon schedule. The work schedule may require additional hours of work and candidates must be able to work hours in addition to those scheduled on short same-day notice.  You will be required to pass a drug screen test. The compensation range for this position is $17-19/hour (DOE)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Monitor inventory of consumable warehouse placing routine orders in Coupa for fulfillment.
• Receive deliveries and scan consumables into warehouse.
• Monitor daily departmental local stock and replenish as needed.
• Organize and maintain warehouse/department stocks for orderly presentation.
• Utilize developed software for managing consumables.
• Evaluate alternate vendors for fulfillment for reduced cost options.
• Evaluate trends for warehouse fulfilment for in period spend ratio to Net Sales.

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• HS education diploma or equivalent
• Valid US Driver's License without recent incident - drive company vehicle for local courier support and vendor pickup
• An understanding of basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.
• Must be proficient with MS Office programs such as Outlook, Explorer, Excel and Word.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
