Elements Massage of Edgewater is seeking a passionate customer-centric professional to join our vibrant team as a Client Experience and Sales Specialist. Make a positive difference in the lives of others in a meaningful way. The ideal candidate ensures a welcoming experience for our clients.   Here's what we are looking for:* Ability to follow our proven processes to ensure excellent client experiences and to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.* The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.

* Enthusiastic communicator with a genuine passion for creating memorable client interactions

* Reliable transportation and attendance

 

 Responsibilities

* Drive exceptional client experiences using our innovative Service Path, strategically connecting clients with personalized wellness solutions including memberships, gift cards, and tailored service upgrades.* Maintain a clean and organized reception/lobby area, ensuring it is always presentable to clients, this will include assisting in light cleaning duties.* Be a team-player who is respectful, kind and thoughtful. You will collaborate with therapists, estheticians and other front-of-house staff.

* Provide excellent customer service skills by welcoming clients with a warm and friendly smile!

* Manage the studio's appointment scheduling system, phone, text, and email inquiries

 

Qualifications* While prior customer service experience is a plus, we prioritize candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills, unwavering dedication, meticulous attention to detail, and a contagious enthusiasm for wellness.

 

SCHEDULE:

Tuesday 3:00pm-9:00pm

Friday 3:00pm-9:00pm

Saturday 2:00pm-9:00pm

 

*Hours during 2-3 week training period will differ

 

Calm and soothing atmosphere, surrounded by tranquil music and a serene ambiance

FREE monthly massage or facial at the studio
