THE ROLE:
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
- Analyze commercial, market, and industry data to support LNG venture decisions
- Evaluate commercial terms, monetization options, and value drivers across contracts and investments
- Develop economic and financial models to support valuations and decision‑making
- Support negotiations, due diligence exercises, and transaction processes
- Prepare commercial analyses, issue logs, risk matrices, and management approval materials
- Coordinate inputs across finance, legal, tax, technical teams, and external advisors
- Advise management by highlighting commercial risks, sensitivities, and mitigation options
WHAT YOU BRING:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in LNG, oil & gas, energy projects, or commercial / venture management
- Strong capability in commercial evaluation, economic analysis, and financial modelling, with the ability to assess value drivers, sensitivities, and risks
- Practical experience supporting commercial agreements, negotiations, and governance approvals, with a solid understanding of structured decision‑making frameworks
- Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines, working effectively with finance, legal, tax, technical teams, and external advisors
- Clear and confident communication skills, enabling you to prepare high‑quality analyses, summaries, and materials for management review
- Exposure to LNG contracts, joint ventures, tolling or investment transactions, and/or commercial due diligence
- A curious, growth‑oriented mindset with a strong interest in deepening LNG, commercial, and venture management expertise
