Job Description:
We are preparing for the upcoming holiday season and actively hiring Flex Security Officers to support coverage needs across our retail and corporate sites in Central Valley, Newburgh, Monroe, , West Nyack, NY and more. This includes peak coverage during Black Friday, Thanksgiving weekend, and throughout December.

We are seeking professional, reliable, and adaptable Security Officers who are open to flexible assignments across multiple sites. Placement for regular work hours may begin immediately, with additional hours available throughout the holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a visible security presence and maintain a safe environment for staff, customers, and visitors

• Monitor premises and perform routine patrols (foot or mobile depending on assignment)

• Respond to incidents and complete detailed incident reports following company procedures

• Assist with access control, visitor management, and general customer service

• Maintain high professional standards and clear communication while on duty

Requirements:

• Valid NYS Security Guard License preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of security experience preferred

• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between assigned sites

• Must be available for holidays, weekends, and two of the three shifts (mornings, evenings, or overnights)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

Additional Details:
We are looking to begin hiring immediately, with opportunities for consistent hours now and guaranteed coverage needs during the holiday season. Flex Officers will receive priority consideration for long-term placement after the holidays.
