What you must have:

• 7+ years of experience in building enterprise scale applications and cloud centric solutions across multiple functional areas

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise integrations and custom solutions delivery

• Experience in middleware, data management and software engineering

• Excellent problem-solving skills and cross functional collaboration

• Ability to identify broad challenges (technical, functional, business challenges) worth tackling, and parse them into initiatives

• Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies and tool sets

What you’ll be doing:

• Build the integration platform that connects enterprise applications and the data platforms. Lead integration solutions and design across the enterprise using SaaS and cloud integration technologies

• Partner with cross functional teams to understand use cases and gather requirements to design, architect and build framework of data and application integrations. Partner with vendors, MSPs, engineering teams to ensure seamless end-end flow of quality data

• Lead and own the relationship with software vendor(s) and service providers supporting integration initiatives

• Assess the needs of product/engineering releases with respect to business objectives, security, data dependency, compliance, and timeliness of releases

• Understand the technology landscape of transactional systems, data management and master data layer, to analytics and consuming application

• Establish priorities aligned with the engineering, business, Digital Transformation and Data & Analytics goals

• Define, publish and communicate integration technology standards, frameworks, principles and roadmap, in partnership with Enterprise Architects and Solutions Architects

• Ensure integration architecture across the ecosystem is secure, compliant, efficient and scalable

• Establish consistent metrics to measure quality of data and implemented solutions

• Identify and pursue new paths of inquiry, innovation and challenge status quo

• Develop and nurture technical talent within the team and recruiting
