As we are awaiting potential acquisition by Booking Holdings (parent company of <a href="http://booking.com/" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener">Booking.com</a>), we have a very exciting expansion ahead of us.<br/></p><h3>The role</h3><p>We offer you a position where you will hold a business crucial role in recruiting tech talents and providing operational HR support to Etraveli Technology specifically (our tech-hub in Gothenburg) as well as our Commercial Development team in Stockholm. </p><p>. </p><ul> <li>Act as a single point of contact for our tech organization and provide HR advice on a range of topics that arise in our day to day work.</li> <li>Drive your own recruitment processes in tech as this is a central part in developing and growing the business, and partner with one Talent Acquisition Specialist dedicated to tech. </li> <li>Collaborate with managers to resolve business challenges, with a main focus on business growth.</li> <li>Work with the HR organization and managers to attract and retain the required capabilities and skills for the team.</li> <li>Execute on people processes: Performance Management, Rewards &amp; Compensation, Talent retention, Onboarding and Offboarding.<br/> </li> </ul><p><strong>The team</strong></p><p>You will work closely together with a growing HR-team consisting of HR BP:s as well as recruitment specialists in Sweden. As part of the Swedish organization, you will have awesome colleagues (yes, this is confirmed by others) and of course you will also have close collaboration with our highly competent HR teams around the globe. <br/>You will have one dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to you.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience of supporting HR change management programs to support business transformation.</li> <li>Proven track record of delivering HR services and recruitment support, ideally in a Tech company and in an international setting.</li> <li>Passion for broad HR issues - a generalist at heart.</li> <li>Strong understanding of what comes with strong business growth and the ability to step in where required.</li> <li>Organized, communicative and a "can do"-attitude when things potentially get a bit tough.</li> <li>Excellent Swedish and English verbal, written and presentation skills.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>We want to enable your personal as well as professional growth!
