As a Strategy and Planning Advisor within PNC's technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.As a Senior Strategy and Planning Advisor, you will help shape and communicate success narratives for strategic delivery initiatives. This role involves frequent engagement with senior and executive leadership, and requires the ability to synthesize input from multiple teams, evaluate business cases, and develop compelling presentations that support enterprise-level investment decisions.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication, analytical, and data science skills, with a background in strategic consulting or technology strategy. Comfort with presenting to senior leadership and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights are essential for success in this role.

Job Description
- Drives specific strategic planning initiatives, including analysis, oversight and support for solution development.
- Provides advanced expertise to create the definition, understanding and framing of complex business initiatives.
- Leads advanced planning, analysis, solution development and presentation for more complex strategic initiatives. Ensures quality and accuracy of data elements relative to the initiatives. Mentors and educates team members regarding advanced planning practices.
- Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Develops structured and compelling presentations to highlight key findings and makes recommendations to key decision makers within the company.
- Collaborates with the line of business to implement recommended strategic solutions.
