CereCore is seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team onsite in Nashville. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize Salesforce usage
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
• Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure accurate solution delivery
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for Salesforce configuration and customization
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate defect resolution
• Prepare training materials and assist in end-user training sessions
• Maintain documentation for system processes, workflows, and configurations

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in CRM projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning (Preferred)
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or similar.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
