Primary Responsibilities
- Champion the process of obtaining titles and registration for company vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment at various EquipmentShare locations
- Oversee the overall fuel card process, including setting up new drivers, adding cards to new vehicles and monitoring fuel charges
- Accurately document, store and keep organized all vehicle and trailer records
- Maintain a transparent and consistent communication pathway between EquipmentShare branch employees and Fleet department to ensure their needs are met
- Create and provide reports to support the Fleet management team using Excel or Google Sheets (and other spreadsheet tools as needed)
- Review, analyze and confirm equipment/inventory purchases and leases
- Maintain inventory purchase and allocation spreadsheets
- Must have experience with Vlookups/Excel/Google Sheets
- DOT/DMV experience
- Previous fleet experience preferred

Skills & Qualifications
- You have knowledge of or experience working with the Department of Transportation and/or Department of Revenue
- An existing understanding of state-to-state titling and registration processing for vehicles
- Strong foundation in working with spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets), using Pivot Tables and generating reports
- The ability to work and collaborate with departments across the organization
- You pay high attention to detail and prioritize accuracy when completing your work
- You have exceptional organizational, time management and multitasking skills
