Location: Hybrid in Alpharetta, GA
Fluence is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Management Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As a Senior Talent Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing talent development and performance management programs across the organization. Your expertise in talent assessment, succession planning, and employee development will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture and driving employee engagement. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for nurturing talent to support Fluence's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Development and Training:•Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify skill gaps and development needs across the organization.•Design and implement talent development programs, training initiatives, and learning opportunities that align with Fluence's strategic objectives.•Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance outcomes.Performance Management:•Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.•Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance-related matters.•Implement performance measurement tools and ensure alignment with individual and organizational goals.
Succession Planning:•Develop and maintain a robust succession planning framework to identify high-potential employees and key talent within the organization.•Partner with HR and business leaders to create individualized development plans for high-potential employees.•Monitor and track the progress of high-potential employees and support their career advancement.Employee Engagement and Retention:•Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.•Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.•Work with HR and management teams to address retention challenges and develop retention strategies.
Talent Analytics:•Utilize data and talent metrics to gain insights into talent trends, retention rates, and performance outcomes.•Present talent analytics and reports to key stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategic planning.Talent Management Best Practices:•Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in talent management.•Integrate best practices into Fluence's talent management strategies and initiatives.

What does the ideal candidate bring to Fluence?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Management Specialist, Talent Development Manager, or a similar role, with a focus on talent assessment and development.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management processes and methodologies.
  • Knowledgeable with HRIS systems and talent management software.
  • Experience in designing and delivering talent development programs and training initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of succession planning and talent identification strategies.
