As a Human Resources (HR) Manager, you will:

• Regular mentoring and coaching to foster professional and personal growth among all center managers and employees
• Recruiting and Onboarding
• Employee Relations and Engagement

• Performance Management
• Policy implementation and education
• Compliance and Reporting, with excellence and efficiency in record-keeping
• Collaboration on HR special projects

• Team up with center leadership to create an environment focused on delivering exceptional patient and employee experiences

 

Qualifications for a Human Resources (HR) Manager:

• Five years’ experience in human resources field, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and leadership skills  

• Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively
• Strong critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
