Job Description

• During your internship you will have commercial purchasing tasks such as supplier selection, market requests (RfQ) and comparison of quotations (CoQ) based on total cost of ownership (TCO) requirements.
• You will support on the suppliers’ negotiation process together with the buyers.
• Furthermore, you will review capacity planning at suppliers and business planning volumes.
• Last but not least, you will regularly follow-up on the material cost development by material group to ensure the fulfillment of the defined targets.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: PC literate (e.g., MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: you are able to grasp complex issues quickly, organize tasks effectively, and maintain clear communication with team members to ensure smooth collaboration
• Languages: fluent in English

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 - 12 months (if the total duration of the internship exceeds 6 months, confirmation as mandatory internship is required for the entire period according to the study regulations)
