E-COMMERCE & WEBSITE SPECIALIST

Job Description – E-Commerce & Website Specialist

Classification: Non-Exempt

Reports to: Art Production Manager

The primary function of this position is to manage and upkeep Ace Endico’s e-commerce website and main website. This role also includes content creation for Ace Endico’s social media (including e-commerce social media). Requires a self-starting individual with attention to detail.

The E-Commerce & Website Specialist must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed below. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for the position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be able to manage and maintain an E-Commerce site.
• Oversee all orders and operations.
• Creation of content for ace Endico in house and E-Commerce site.
• Copywriting for Ace Endico blog postings.
• Monitor market prices for shipping and handling.
• Use of affiliate marketing and paid ads on social media.
• Automated email marketing.
• Must complete any additional tasks/duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education/Training

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Must possess strong back-end website capabilities.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
• Skills in copywriting and content creation.
• Ability to use Microsoft excel.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Normal visual acuity.
• Good hearing and oral communication skills.
• Manual dexterity and ability to use a keyboard and mouse comfortably.
• Able to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to move around freely in varied indoor and outdoor environments

General Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must successfully pass a controlled substance screening test.
• Must adhere to all safety practices and company policies.
• This is a full-time position. Must be able to work Monday-Friday, as well as weekends as needed. Work hours may vary, or change based on departmental requirements.

Work Environment

This is a primarily sedentary position requiring extended periods of sitting at a computer workstation. The work environment is located in a professional office setting with moderate ambient noise levels. Our office boasts ergonomically designed workstations with adjustable chairs and keyboards to promote comfort and well-being. The temperature is climate-controlled, and the lighting is bright and well-lit.<
