Learn more at www.circana.com.   What will I be doing? The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A, will play a key role in supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A, this role will focus on consolidated financials, executive-level reporting, and strategic insights that inform decisions at the highest levels of the organization, including the Board of Directors and private equity sponsors.   This is an ideal opportunity for a highly analytical, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and is passionate about driving financial excellence and strategic impact.   Job Responsibilities
  • Support the consolidation of enterprise-wide financial results, including monthly outlooks, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans.
  • Prepare and enhance Board of Directors and Sponsor reporting packages, including financial summaries, KPIs, and business narratives.
  • Partner with FP&A leads across business units and functions to ensure alignment and accuracy in consolidated reporting.
  • Analyze financial performance and trends, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of executive-level presentations and strategic planning materials.
  • Support scenario modeling, cash flow forecasting, and ad hoc analysis to inform enterprise decision-making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, reporting enhancements, and process standardization.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reporting tools.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Office Connect) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
