Position Summary
We are looking for a Staff Accountant. This individual will assist with the recording of different types of transactions into our General Ledger. This position will also manage our accounts payable payment system and keep track of our fixed assets. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Record data into our general ledger
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Work experience as an Accountant
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- BS in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
