This position manages the day-to-day operations of cardiopulmonary rehab, PFT, respiratory therapy, sleep medicine, and non-invasive cardiology testing. This is a small team of less than 20 team members in the critical access setting. Cross training into all specialties supported by this department required within 18 months of hire. Experience in one of the aforementioned specialties is required.
Assists in the planning, management, and daily operation of allied health services. Manages ongoing analysis, development, and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services and functions. Acts as a liaison in collaboration with various departments and leadership to ensure quality processes and policies are in place. Develops Ancillary programs and supervises staff. Interfaces with clinical and support services leaders. Performs daily management of team.

- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Clinical licensure required in applicable area of specialty with the state of Indiana.
