The Global Operations Coordinator is a vital role requiring a proactive and organized individual adept at supporting and managing environmental health and safety projects, with a facilities background preferred. Skilled in collaborating with EHS professionals, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments, implement safety programs, and successfully execute EHS initiatives. This role with support the Global IFM Lead.
Work can be performed from Gdynia or Warszawa.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets for EHS initiatives.
Utilize project management software (e.g., Smartsheet) to manage project tasks, timelines, and resources.
Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, and following up on action items.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
Prepare regular project status reports for the EHS Manager/Director.
Compliance Management:
Assist in ensuring that all projects comply with relevant environmental health and safety regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate records of permits, licenses, and other compliance-related documentation.
Support the implementation of EHS programs and procedures.
Assist with audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze EHS data
Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
Identify trends and patterns in EHS data to inform decision-making.
Training and Communication:
Assist in the development and delivery of EHS training programs.
Communicate EHS information to employees through various channels, such as email, newsletters, and presentations.
Promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship within the organization.
Present EHS topics effectively to diverse audiences.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Administrative Support:
Assist with the preparation of presentations and other materials.
Manage EHS documentation and ensure that it is up-to-date and accessible.
