  The Senior Business Process Analyst is responsible for identifying and leading larger efforts to improve manufacturing and operational processes to help drive the safest, highest quality, most efficient path to providing customer satisfaction.

  About the Role

  In this opportunity as a Senior CI/Lean Business Process Analyst, you will:

  • Facilitation of cross-functional teams to identify process improvements that increase value to the customer and reduce internal waste
  • Development and management of project plans for Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Utilizes Lean tools and methodologies to complete
  • Root cause analysis
  • Identify meaningful metrics
  • Troubleshoot workflow, material flow and process issues
  • Development of process documentation
  • Advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping
  • Project cost/benefit analysis to determine project feasibility
  • Value stream optimization
  • Implement audits and evaluations to ensure process changes are sustained

  About You

  You’re a fit for the role of Senior CI/Lean Business Process Analyst if you have the following required qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and translate data
  • Proven project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to facilitate
    discussion
  • Educated in Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Black/Green Belt, and PDCA
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence and work well with others in a
    diverse environment
  • SAP or other integrated business system (MRPII) experience a plus
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently on moderately complex
    projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Keeps up to date technically and can apply new concepts on the job
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office product .
