Job Description

We are looking for a Contract Senior Experience Designer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for informing the creation of experiences for one of our biggest clients. You should be as comfortable creating detailed wireframes and documentation, as you are working closely with visual designers, copy writers, business owners, and developers, on a product development team. Oh, experience with user testing, and more importantly hall way testing is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Your Impact

• Collaborate with your visual, copy, development, and business team partners to create impactful experiences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder interviews, and present findings to larger client groups in workshop settings.
• Think on your feet, to carry out quick ideation sessions and facilitate the production of rapid prototypes.
• Give and receive constructive feedback in a way that keeps the peace.

Your Skills & Experience 

• Good understanding of product design.
• Experience in iterative testing and wireframe testing.
• Figma Prototyping Skills.
• Complex system mapping and process mapping.
• Audits and competitive landscaping.
• Wireframing functionality for features and content.
• Prototyping skills with a familiarity of 2-3 tools, having advanced experience with at least 1 tool.
• Interaction design.
• Process and specifications documentation.
• Presentation design.

Additional Information

Set Yourself Apart With

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• An understanding of best-practices for working and interacting in the digital space.
• Experience with, or a desire to, work in an agile product environment.
• All the buzzwords: creative, hands on, strong attention to detail, team player.
• Tools: Sketch, Adobe (PhotoShop, Illustrator), Keynote, along with any prototyping tools.
• A love for working collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams.
• Great-to-haves: experience working on large-scale systems.

Pay Range: $75 hr - $105 hr

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
