Priority Honda Roanoke is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quick Lube Team Lead to join our service department. The ideal candidate is skilled in vehicle maintenance and passionate about delivering exceptional service. As the Quick Lube Team Lead, you will oversee a team of technicians, ensuring efficient and quality service for our customers while maintaining a productive work environment.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Lead, mentor, and train the quick lube team to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance.

• Ensure all services are completed in a timely, accurate, and customer-focused manner.

• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

• Conduct quality checks and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the parts department.

• Communicate effectively with customers, advisors, and other team members.

• Support the Service Manager in achieving departmental goals.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Experience in automotive service/quick lube environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
