Now, we’re breaking ground in Arizona! We’re a fast casual/QSR concept bringing fresh Mediterranean food to Mesa and beyond—and we’re looking for passionate Kitchen Managers to help launch our newest locations and lead the heart of the house. Position Overview:
As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll lead the heart of the house—ensuring smooth back-of-house operations, top-notch food quality, and a well-trained, high-performing kitchen crew. It’s an exciting opportunity to set the tone for our BOH culture as we enter a brand-new market.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee BOH operations, food prep, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Train, coach, and develop your kitchen team for success
• Ensure consistent execution of recipes, quality, and speed
• Manage food inventory, prep, and labor efficiency
• Target 50 hours/week schedule

What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3+ years of kitchen leadership experience (BOH), ideally in a high-volume setting
• Skilled in food prep, execution, inventory, and kitchen operations
• Experience training, managing, and motivating BOH team members
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Hands-on leader with a can-do attitude and commitment to quality

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive pay:
• $21.00 - $24.50/hr (based on a 50-hour week: 40 regular / 10 overtime)
• Target Annual Base Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 (DOE)
• + Quarterly Bonuses!
