POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Assistant Producer Seasonal Associate will assist in all aspects of creating video content for the Philadelphia Eagles. This position will work within Eagles Entertainment to produce, shoot, and edit content for social media, PhiladelphiaEagles.com and the teams’ official mobile app.

 

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

 

The Assistant Producer Seasonal Associate will report to the Studio Production Manager and Senior Feature Producer.

 

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate cameras and support day-to-day field and studio production operations, including press conferences, practices, interviews, and on-location shoots.
  • Set up, break down, and maintain production equipment such as cameras, audio gear, lighting, and support systems to ensure smooth and efficient shoots.
  • Collaborate closely with producers and directors to execute creative and technical requirements during productions.
  • Assist Producers and Editors during post-production by organizing and managing media assets, logging footage, and maintaining clear project file structures.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Must be a recent or upcoming graduate who has completed within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree (eligible graduation years 2025-2026) or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months (2025-2026). 
  • Must be creative, enthusiastic, willing to learn, and self-driven.
  • Experience shooting with cinematic cameras in the field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Production Suite.
  • Experience in post-production video editing.
  • A creative, motivated, and hard-working individual who can exercise judgment independently.
  • Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds.
  • Ability to work a non-standard work week which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
