Job Summary 

QuikMedic is revolutionizing healthcare one-home-visit-at-a-time by redefining out-of-hospital care, and we are looking for experienced, highly motivated paramedics to join us as Mobile Urgent-Care Paramedics. In this groundbreaking role, you will deliver advanced, patient-centered care in the comfort of the patient’s home, working alongside our partner’s interdisciplinary team to provide healthcare where it matters most. 

What is Mobile Urgent Care Paramedicine? 

Imagine stepping beyond 911 calls and transport—this is preventative, proactive, and patient-focused paramedicine.  You will be on the frontlines of the future of community paramedicine, empowering seniors and medically fragile patients to live safely at home by preventing unnecessary hospitalizations. 

Key Responsibilities 

As part of QuikMedic’s Care Model, you will: 



Perform in-home assessments and urgent care interventions��





Work in partnership with physicians, nurses, and social workers 





Respond to patients flagged through remote monitoring and clinical team referrals 





Participate in patient discharge planning and community follow-ups 





Operate a fully equipped community vehicle (no ambulance) 





Deliver high-quality care under progressive protocols tailored to senior patients 





Conduct home safety checks, patient education, and wellness follow-ups

Qualifications 



Pennsylvania Certified Paramedic (or eligible) 





Minimum 3 years of field experience (911 preferred) 





Excellent communication and independent decision-making skills 





BLS & ACLS (current) — AMLS, CT, CCP preferred 





Must pass clinical scenarios and PT testing 





Valid driver’s license with clean record 





Passion for redefining EMS and shaping the future of care

Sign-on Bonus Eligibility Criteria 



Candidates must receive a formal written offer that explicitly states they are eligible for the Sign-On Bonus Program. Employees must sign an employee agreement, including an acknowledgement of their requirement for the sign on bonus.  





Employees must accept and begin employment within specified roles designated as eligible by the appropriate area manager. 





Employees must successfully complete training and be released to independently perform their duties to qualify for the first payout. 





Employees who are rehires must have been separated from the organization for at least 12 months to be eligible for a new sign-on bonus.
