Job Summary


Oversee the marketing department pipeline and manage projects from planning through execution and completion. Work with AVP Marketing on development of marketing strategy, audience segmentation and targeted marketing tactics.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations of 4-person Marketing Management team including project trafficking and production management for all marketing projects, from digital campaigns to collateral materials.
  • Coordinate the execution of annual and incremental travel partner marketing plans and provide direction on messaging/content to maximize ROI and meet sales goals.
  • Use marketing automation tools, audience segmentation and engagement metrics to reach the right consumer base with relevant messaging.
  • Field project/program requests from all departments and evaluate for feasibility with AVP, Marketing.
  • Define and communicate project/program scope to marketing team and coordinate efforts between designers and other team members to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Events, Training, Technology and other Home Office departments on multi-tiered projects and implementation of new programs.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for new marketing projects/programs company wide and work with AVP, Marketing to implement improvements and new initiatives.
  • Proofread marketing materials and ensure consistent brand alignment and adherence to guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
