Senior Director, Data Analytics Business Development

Pivot Point Data and Analytics-AI practice (D2A) is seeking a full-time Senior Director of Business Development. The digital operating model has disrupted nearly every industry. This has been fueled by the digitization of the consumer experience. This journey has begun in healthcare and life sciences. D2A partners with their clients to leverage novel practices and tools to accelerate their data innovation journey by leveraging analytics-AI to thrive in this business landscape. This position is part of the D2A senior leadership team responsible for growing this business by shaping the practice and product-service offerings, and creating deep, long-term engagement with client partners.

Description:

• Participate as a senior leader of the D2A practice.
• Create and Develop client relationships through networking, sales, and marketing calls.
• Increase market share in existing clients and maximize new business development opportunities throughout the nation, achieving targets for revenue, gross margin, and sales growth.
• Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high-level of customer satisfaction.

• Reports to Vice President, Business Development with dotted line to Vice President, D2A practice.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new and existing client relationships.
• Account executive for key client relationships.
• Work with practice leadership to develop and launch product-service offerings.
• Develop and implement strategy to grow the business by promoting adoption of product-service offerings.
• Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
• Exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, client visits, and gross sales margin
• Strong desire for sales with a proven track record of successes

Requirements:

• Business development experience within the healthcare industry is required.
• Experience in healthcare analytics-AI consulting from a sales background.
• Understanding of how analytics-AI is leveraged in healthcare to drive value.
• Experience working with executive leadership in the business, clinical and technology (CEO, CFO, CMO, COO, CIO, CDAO, etc.).
• Background and knowledge of healthcare analytics-AI tools and technology – agile, data warehousing, big data, BI tools, data science and AI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement solutions
• Prior clinical experience a BIG plus.
