What You’d Do in This Role:The Director of Project Management is responsible for facilitating process enhancements using Kanban principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and lead a team of project managers to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize flow, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic business initiatives. You have a proven track record in implementing Kanban and continuous improvement methodologies with cross-functional teams.
You have demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team of project managers.
You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse teams.
You have the proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage change, and drive successful project outcomes.
You have strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
