New Business Admin

Ash Brokerage works with financial professionals to help find, understand and process insurance and retirement solutions to protect clients in every stage of life. As part of the Integrity Marketing family, we help people protect their health and wealth for the good days ahead and make the most of what life brings.

A new business admin will handle all insurance and annuity applications from mail room submission to reviewing the applications for completeness, verifying state compliance forms and ensuring information is accurate. In addition, as part of the New Business Admin Team you will enter applications into the appropriate database, support delivery requirements and policy issue processes to support all lines of business – life, long term care, disability, and annuities.

Responsibilities:
•  Manage physical and imaged application documents
•  Review and process physical premium payments
•  Review application paperwork and collate in designated order in preparation for data entry
•  Data entry of the application
•  Miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as scanning, copying, imaging, and printing as deemed necessary
•  Process incoming applications with priority to first in as well as line of business
•  Assist with coverage of front desk

Education & Experience:
•  High school diploma/GED
•  Three to six months work experience
•  Ability to type a minimum of 70wpm
