As a Records Associate Sr within PNC's Collateral Servicing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Hours for this position are 8 am - 4:30 pm EST. This is an in office role Monday - Friday based at PNC's One PNC Plaza location.

Additional Information:

As Collateral Records Associate Sr you are expected to have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be responsible for sending loan documents to customers as well as internal partners, and attorneys for active loans. You will receive training and be expected to read credit approvals and ensure document accuracy throughout the entire process.

Job Description

  • Receives, stores and retrieves electronic and paper-based records. Maintains records according to established filing system and guidelines. Identifies exceptions and may address escalated items.
  • Maintains accurate records management system, including scanning, filing, photocopying, faxing and mailing. Partners internally with service partners to obtain missing or incomplete documents.
  • Adheres to internal file management, customer privacy and records retention policies and procedures. May create, review and/or report on file management procedures and variances.
  • Works with computer-based records management system to locate, print and deliver documents and images as requested.
  • Performs administrative and/or clerical duties.
