British American Tobacco Greece has an exciting opportunity for a Global Graduate Marketing in Athens.
Begin an outstanding career with BAT! As a Global Graduate in Marketing, you will join an accelerated 18 month development programme where you will rotate across key Marketing functions and work on strategic commercial initiatives from day one. This programme develops your commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities while giving you exposure to cross-functional collaboration within the Athens office, as well as cross‑market collaboration across the Western Europe Area. You’ll play an important part in our long-held ambition to transform the industry, and become one of BAT’s future talents that works towards building a smokeless future! Throughout the programme, you will be supported by a dedicated Coach, Mentor and a global Graduate network.
The program will officially start in September 2026 – selected candidates that meet the requirements below will be invited to participate in an on-site Assessment Center in our office on the 2nd of July 2026.
The position is based in our Greek head office in Athens, Marousi.
