HERE is looking for a (Senior) Product Manager in the United States to join the Product organization and help manage and evolve HERE's Fleet & Transportation Management portfolio by defining and driving the product strategy and shaping of new solutions. Aligning this strategy with our broader organization while balancing the market, customer, and internal stakeholder requirements, defining the product roadmap, foster new concept development and driving the delivery of an optimized set of features across all stakeholders. This role requires a person who will be the primary product evangelist, both internally and externally, which will include working with customers to determine requirements and, helping the business to build the right product, and then supporting the business to sell it. This role will provide the product vision and leadership for many other roles involved in developing, supporting, marketing, and selling the product. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Stakeholder Management - Communicate product vision, strategy, and performance to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support. 
  • Customer Focus - Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are incorporated into product decisions. 
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap - Lead a comprehensive product strategy – from product conception and definition, through end of life. This includes the identification and validation of market problems, the collection of market information from both a technical and a commercial point of view, and the translation into product strategy and product requirements.
  • New Product Development - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. 
  • Revenue and Profitability - Set and achieve revenue and profitability targets for the product portfolio. 

 

Who are you?

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. 
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in product management,  
  • Has experience working with customers in the Enterprise Segment. Included in this are companies that provide the following capabilities: Fleet Management, Transportation Management and/or Truck Routing & Navigation.  
  • Has experience in creating software products and solutions that improve operational efficiency within the Fleet Management area, to improve ETA predictions, provide planning insights, and reduce operational costs through measurement and analysis.  Has product and industry knowledge on the capabilities and applications of (Truck) Routing Services, Dispatching, Geofencing and Optimization 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a product from conception to launch delivering  complex products to the market. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels including external partners. 
  • Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
