We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to partner with our engineering Global Business Areas (business domain), focusing on aligning our technology roadmap and strategies to drive growth and operational excellence. What you will do

You will join Technology Architecture in Ramboll Tech. You will be working closely with specific Global Business Areas/business domain. You will partner with Innovation and Digital Transformation Directors—who drive digitalisation, innovation, and scaling of digital solutions & products across their respective business domain. The Global Business Areas (GBA) within Ramboll that you will focus on are Ramboll Management Consulting (RMC), Environment & Health (E&H) and Water (RWA). 
 Your focus will be on delivering value by shaping technology strategies, roadmaps, and solutions that directly address the challenges and opportunities of our business functions. Rather than concentrating on governance, your role will prioritize divisional needs, fostering collaboration to deliver the best technology for the business. 

Where you will make an impact: 

• Optimizing Business Operations: Be a part of shaping how we deliver tech-enabled consultancy services to enhance how we work in the business and deliver value to our clients. 
• Adding Value and Differentiation: Help the business find added value and ways to differentiate in the market, with smart and future-proof technology decisions 
• Innovative Technology Assessment: Analyse and help business leaders understand, apply, monetize and operationalize existing, new, and emerging technologies relevant to the assigned business models, such as GenAI, to overcome hype and meaningfully transform and optimize business and operating models. 
• Technology Roadmaps: Build technology roadmaps based on business goals for RMC, E&H and RWA. Develop a line-of-sight linkage between mission-critical business outcomes, future state business capabilities, data, value streams, business processes, projects, products, and technologies that the organization will need to invest in to ensure competitive advantage and time-to-market 

Key responsibilities: 

• Partner with our Global Business Areas to understand business objectives. Focus on technology and the underlying systems and data, drive technology roadmaps to better enable strategies defined by the business. Identify and guide capabilities, data, people, processes and technology requirements to take our business operating models to next level results.
