What You’ll Do:

In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of technology, guiding our developers with an array of engineering tools—both open source and licensed. Your mission? Ensure they’re the right tools for the job and used with best practices! You’ll collaborate with various teams, communicate frequently with end users, and tackle moderately complex to complex challenges that require deep analysis.

You’ll also play a key role in creating standards and best practices around tools, technologies, and development frameworks, all while delivering top-notch software that enhances consumer experiences.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: You bring 5+ years of technical experience and a knack for analyzing large data sets to make informed decisions.
• Tech Enthusiasm: Familiarity with the technologies used in our applications and infrastructure is a must!
• Communication Wizard: Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating across all levels of our organization.
• Software Savvy: Experience in Software Development is key, and you should have a passion for continuously improving consumer experiences.
• Problem Solver: You possess strong technical problem-solving skills and great documentation capabilities.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to run large-scale projects and assess technology solutions.
• Agile Advocate: Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Tech Stack Proficiency:
  • 4+ years with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps
  • 4+ years in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) automation pipelines
  • Proficiency in Git version control
  • SQL querying and hands-on Java Development experience
  • Familiarity with tools like IntelliJ, Eclipse, SQL Server, Power BI, and Visual Studio
  • Understanding of Java Framework and Standards, .NET Framework, and Python, along with Containerization.
