Job Description

We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Warehouse/Delivery professional to join our team in Horn Lake, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations and ensuring timely deliveries to our valued customers.

• Receive, store, and organize incoming inventory in the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Load and unload delivery vehicles
• Deliver products to customers in Horn Lake and surrounding areas
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues during deliveries
• Perform basic maintenance on delivery vehicles and report any mechanical issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred
• Proficiency in inventory management and safe driving practices
• Experience operating forklifts (certification preferred)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items regularly
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with Horn Lake area and surrounding regions
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
