Parts Manager | Meridian, MS

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is one of the largest Freightliner/Western Star Heavy Truck Dealerships in the Southeast. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Parts Manager with strong customer communications skills and a self-starter/quick learner to lead the Parts team in Meridian, Mississippi.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with technical support
• Meet and greet the public in a professional manner
• Effectively lead the team to success
• Set and meet profitability goals
• Work closely with Parts and Service personnel to provide an excellent customer experience
• Become proficient in repair order and parts invoice generation and processing
• Demonstrate the value of our Company to current and prospective customers
• Manage assets such as tools, parts inventory, and equipment
• Maintain facilities to Empire standards
• Recruit and train additional staff members to accommodate growth

• At least two (2) years of experience working in a heavy equipment/truck or automotive Parts Department
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may be considered instead of education
• Previous Parts and/or Service background required
• Proficient use of computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications
• Must be a Hands-On leader
• Highly Energetic, Motivated, Organized hard worker
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Customer centric mentality
• Strong Ability to Motivate and Influence others
